Returns/Exchanges

Thank you for becoming a Chicks Picks Fashionista!  We hope you're happy with your purchase. In the case where you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your regular priced item/s for credit or exchange WITHIN 21 DAYS of the ORIGINAL SHIP DATE.

***Please note, due to the limited quantity of each style, we can't guarantee exchanges. If there is an item you absolutely love, then we suggest your purchase it. Store credits can be used for future purchases and do not expire.*** 

All items must be returned in their original condition (i.e. unwashed, unused, unworn, undamaged), tagged, and accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt at the customer's expense.

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

Original shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Exchanges/credits will be processed once your return is received. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.  If you require an exchange, the cost of shipping is customer's responsibility. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

DAMAGES 
We must be notified within 48 hours if there has been any damage to your shipment. Please contact us at chickspicks1@gmail.com to process an exchange/credit due to damage.
